Hattie A and son Wesley are living in Rock, Pipestone County in 1880. Frank, Clarence and Grace are living with their grandparents, Leonard and Hannah Aldrich.

By 1885 Hattie is married to O.J. Perkins (cattle dealer ), two of her remaining children, Grace and Frank are living with her. Son's Wesley and Clarence are not located.

By 1895 son Wesley, age 18 is living with his mother and the Perkins family, they still reside in Pipestone Co, Minnesota.
In 1900 Hattie is living next door to stepson Leonard "Len" Perkins in Pipestone, son Wes Aldrich is living with her. She states she has been married 25 years, at the most it would be 19 from the time of her divorce, has given birth to 7 children and 5 are living.
Those living children are Wes, Clarence, Frank, Grace and perhaps a Perkins child, or she just made a mistake. No other Aldrich children were born after a baby boy and Ada died from scarlet fever in 1877.
One reason and maybe the only reason Hattie began using the Aldrich name again was to apply for widow benefits from Clarence's Civil War Service, she applied in December 12, 1890.

In 1925 Hattie is living with divorced son Frank, she is no longer using the Perkins name. Some time after the 1930 census Hattie removed to Thunder Hawk South Dakota where she died two and a half months later. Frank remained there with his new wife Ruby Florence Louthan through 1935.
