Harry G. Conrad, 83, formerly of 1901 1/2 Rockingham Rd., Davenport, died Wednesday noon in a local hospital after an extended illness. He was born in Forreston, Ill., where he married Grace Brantener. She preceded him in death in 1941 (1942). Mrs. Conrad came to Davenport in 1936.
Surviving are three sons, Clair, McCausland, Ill., Ray H., Des Moines and Gail B., Marshalltown; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Beulah Baker, Mount Morris Ill., and a brother, Mark, Polo, Ill.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Runge Chapel. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park.
