The 1973 Manitowoc County highway fatality toll was raised to 11 Friday with he death of a second person as a result of a two-car accident late Thursday afternoon.
Clemens Hartlaub, 53, of Rt. 1, Newton, died at 1:47 p.m. Friday at Holy Family Hospital of a cerebral hemorrhage, according to Manitowoc County Coroner James Powers. An autopsy was performed Saturday morning.
Hartlaub's death rules out any possibility of an inquest, Powers said.
