Diane Kilby passed away February 1, 2013.
Diane is survived by her three children Brian (Jen), Colin (Kharli) and Ellie (Tom); sisters Carol, Lynn and Lori (Albert); grandchildren Brendan and Allison; many loving nieces and nephews; her beloved chihuahua Sparky.
A memorial service and reception is planned for Tuesday, February 5. It will begin at 11 a.m. and be held at Unity Church of San Antonio (1723 W. Lawndale Dr., San Antonio, TX 78209).
Flowers may be sent to Unity Church or donations can be made in Diane's honor to Child Advocates - San Antonio (CASA) or the University Hospital Transplant Center.
The family would like to extend its love to the incredible team at the University Hospital Transplant Center, which helped Diane and our family through this difficult time with expertise, understanding and compassion.
