Thomas O'Connor, a bachelor, aged 30, a Sergeant in the Royal Garrison Artillery, died on 23 February 1919, at Thomastown Workhouse.
The cause of death was Influenza, Pneumonia, 6 days, certified.

Lance-Corporal James Charles O'Connor
also died on service and is commemorated on the Cambrai Memorial, France.
