She was a daughter of the late Francis Marion Mullins & Louanza Elkins Mullins, and was the widow of Douglas “Banks” Bentley. Mrs. Bentley was also preceded in death by five sisters, Goldie Johnson, Eva Berger, Bonnie Bentley, Louise Johnson, and Carol Mullins; and two brothers, Edward Mullins, and Jack Mullins.
Survivors include a daughter, Anita Isaac, Jackhorn, Kentucky; five sons, Travis Bentley, Nancy, Kentucky, Chuck Bentley, Russell Springs, Kentucky, Michael Bentley, Deane, Kentucky, Roy Bentley and Tim Bentley, both of Jackhorn, Kentucky; sixteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; a brother, Orville Mullins, Virgie, Kentucky; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was on Thursday November 1, 2012, at Carty Funeral Home, Neon, KY. Funeral services were conducted on Friday November 12, 2012, at the funeral home chapel, with Kenneth Holbrook, officiating. Interment followed at Green Acres Cemetery.
