Christopher Hiatt was born on '22 of ye 10th month 1737' according to New Garden Monthly Meeting in Guilford Co., NC. The American Colonies were using the Julian Calendar until 1753 and the 10th month would be December. The Quakers listed the months by number instead of by name and William Wade Hinshaw transcribed the exact date in "Encyclopedia of American Quaker Genealogy, Vol 1".
