Graveside services for Millie Pulis, 88, of Sulphur Springs will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, at Highland Cemetery in Durant, Okla., with the Rev. John Odom officiating.
Serving as pallbearers will be Clay Wilks, Danny Jennings, Zach Wilhite and Mark Benecke.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 8, at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
Mrs. Pulis died at 10:25 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6, at Sulphur Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born in Oneta, Okla., on Sept. 21, 1917, the daughter of Ross and Jane Fredrick Aston.
She married Loyd Pulis in Oklahoma City on May 6, 1940. He preceded her in death in 1988.
Mrs. Pulis was the retired owner of Dairy Queen in Durant. She was a member of Willow Bend Community Church and Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include eight grandchildren, Teresa Williams and Sandra Gibby, both of Sulphur Springs, Debra Kelty of McKinney, Robert A. Green of Claremore, Okla., Juli Smith of Paris, Jana Harvey of Memphis, Tenn., and Jon Pulis and Jarrett Pulis, both of Denison; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Janie Green, and one son, Tony Pulis.
Arrangements are under the direction of Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
