Adopted since she was a month old puppy in 2001. Our first dog we adopted from the pet shop.
She always loved being petted, she loves to shake your hand. She always thought of herself as a lap dog despite her size. She was very lovable around people (including strangers). When she reached old age, she tried handling it fine until we had a toddler (my second cousin) living with us and he was rambuctious-her age caused her to be tempermental towards him.
She was put down in the animal hospital because of old age even though she was in good health. She was getting blind (she can't see at nighttime nor even in the day). Her hearing was fading (she can't remember her training like she use to) her back legs had arthritis.
