Survived by wife, Jeanne L. Burnes; children: Albert P. Burnes, Thomas D. Burnes II (Enjone), Patricia A. Mathesis, M.D. (Edward Mathesis, M.D.), Joseph M. Burnes (Kristine), and Mary J. Spears (Donald); seven grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Thursday, 5pm to 7pm, with VIGIL SERVICE at 7pm, all at the West Center Chapel. SERVICES Friday, 9:30am, West Center Chapel to St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church for MASS at 10am. Interment, Calvary. Memorials to Boys Town.
