FAMILY DIES AT
HOME IN DAYTON
Constant J. Besanceney, 65, Succumbs Wednesday - Services on Saturday.
Mrs. Philomena Besanceney, 329 Wood street, Thursday received word of the death of her son, Constant J. Besanceney, 65 , painter interior decorator, at his home, 2136 Revere avenue, Dayton late, Wednesday night after an illness of a year and a half.
Mr. Besanceney was born at Russia, Ohio on September 12, 1876 and as a young man lived in Piqua where for a time he was employed at the Cron-Kills plant. He was married to Catherine Harold of Piqua, August 20, 1901 and a year later they moved to Dayton where they had lived since.
The former Piquad was a member of the Immaculate Conception church, the interior Decorators and Painters union and the Novelty club at Dayton
Surviving are his wife Catherine; one son, Charles and two daughters,. Mrs Marcella Denman and Mrs. Mary Brodewish , all of Dayton; his mother, Mrs. Philomena Besanceney; two sisters, Miss Minnie and Miss Mary Besanceney of Piqua and four brothers, Henry and Alfred of Piqua, Louis of Toledo and Edward of Dayton and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 8:30 a.m. Saturday a t the Dayton residence and at 9 a m., at the Immaculate Conception church with burial in Calvary cemetery.
