Theodore was born April 17,1939, in Decorah, Iowa, the son of Henry and Margaret (Perry) Webster. He Married Connie Mae Combs in 1962. She died in December 2005.
Survivors include two sons, one daughter and many grandchildren.
Theodore was an active member of the Reform Party Of Iowa.
He was also Reform Party State Chairman for a few years.
He died Tuesday, June 13, 2006, in Mercy Medical Center after an extended illness.
Memorial services were held at Grace Baptist Church, Marion Iowa.
