ERNEST VALLEFSKE

Ernest Valleske (sic), 84, of Collins, died Friday at Calumet Memorial Hospital,
Chilton.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran
Church, Collins. The Rev. Robert Wendland will officiate and burial will be in
the church cemetery.
Mr. Valleske was born Sept. 15, 1882, in the Town of Rockland, son of the late
Charles and Augusta Kosmoski Valleske. June 6, 1906, he married Amelia Zutz. She
died May 2, 1940. He worked for Manitowoc County Highway Department 31 years and
was a former church trustee.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Arthur Dobbs of Shawano, Mrs. Roland
Habermann of Chilton and Mrs. John Mattes of Collins; a brother, Arthur of New
Holstein; two sisters, Mrs. Olga Lemke of Fresno, Calif., and Mrs. Lillian Olm
of Manitowoc; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Two brothers and
two sisters preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Reedsville Funeral Home after 3 p.m. Sunday until 10:30 a.m.
Monday when the casket will be moved to the church where the body will lie in
state until time of service.
