William lawrence miller, 55, marysville died of cancer at the Marshall County Nursing Center early Sunday morning. He has been ill the past four months and was hospitalized much of February and March in Stormont Vail Hospital, Topeka.
Services were conducted Wednesday morning 11 a.m. with the Rev. Drexel Von Forell officiating. Burial was in Marysville City Cemetery.
Miller, the son of William T. and Cora Black Miller was born on December 23, 1921 at Barrett in Marshall County. He was married to Adrienne Edwards June 21, 1950. They were the parents of three sons and two daughters.
They had lived at the present home in Marysville since 1956. He was employed by Hall Brothers Constructions Co.
Proceding hi m in death were his father and his sister Juanita Miller.
Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Adrienne Miller, his mother Mrs. Cora. Miller Frankfort, his children Mrs. Larry (Betty) Raub, Winifred, Alta, Larry, Randy, and Roger Miller of the home. A niece , Mrs. Michael (Barbara Black) Cady, St Joseph, who was reared in their home and two grandchildren.
Music was by Mrs. D.G. Durham Jr, Mrs. Jack Bergen, and Debbie Thompson.
Pall Bearers were Bernard Knight , William Gose, Dale Laflen, LaVern Funke, Tommy Huffman, and Louis Wassenberg.
