On Saturday last, while eating his noon meal, Joseph Adams, an aged and respected citizen of near Chest Springs, Cambria county, died suddenly. He had a large circle of friends and relatives in this city, being the father of A. J. Adams and the uncle of Frank and Charles B. Adams. Deceased was a very devout member of the Roman Catholic church at Chest Springs.
