Gladys was a member of First Church of God where she taught Sunday School for over 35 years. She enjoyed working in the yard and loved to tend to her flowers. She traveled with her church friends and attended Tri-City Leisure Center weekly. She loved her family and God. She will be missed by many.
Mrs Bickley is processed in death by her parents, her loving husband of 50 yrs. Archie M. Bickley and son Donnie Bickley and 12 siblings.
Gladys is survived by her daughter, Viola (Walter) Boatwright of West Columbia; grandson, Michael (Tami) Cupp of West Columbia; and two granddaughters, Deborah (Andy) Rutland of West Columbia and Deanna (Jack) Kilgore of Pelion. She also leaves behind five Great Grandchildren, Rachel, Laura, Allison, Katherine and Zachary, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Jan 18, at 11:00 at Thompson Funeral Home followed with gravesite services at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
