Services Sunday.

Mrs. Elizabeth McBride Anderson, 87, of 21 Idlewild Dr., the former Elizabeth Chard, died at 1:15 p.m. Thursday in the Macaluso Nursing Home following a brief illness.

Born in Magtaeg, Wales, May 10, 1874, daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Lewis Chard. She was first married to James Conn McBride, who preceded her in death in 1909. She was subsequently married to E. Wilber Anderson, who preceded her in death in 1941.

She was a member at the Presbyterian Church and formerly a member of the Order of Eastern Star.

Surviving are three children: Mrs. Dorothy McBride John, Cleveland; Mrs. Geneva Anderson Perkins, and Russell M. McBride both in New Castle; a sister, Mrs. Florence Chard Williamson, New York, N.Y.; three grandchildren and one great grandchild. A son, Harry L. McBride, preceded her in death during WWI.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2 p. m. from the Leyde-Tanner Mortuary. Highland at Winter avenue, with Canon Ralph E. Hovencamp, Trinity Episcopal Church, to officiate.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary today and Saturday 7-9 p.m.

Interment will be in Oak Park Cemetery.
