Born July 30, 1884, Riverdale, Idaho, to Thomas Edward and Alice Rebecca Van Noy Walker. Married Fanny Loretta Hallstrom, November 6, 1906 in the Salt Lake Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She died. Married Florence Burgener, July 18, 1923.
