Fred enjoyed crossword puzzles and especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include; his wife; Ruby Bailey, of Blountville, TN, one son; Daniel Vance Bailey and wife Riza Milan Bailey, of Kingsport, TN, one sister; Pauline Parker, of Kings Mountain, NC, a special grandson; William Milan Bailey, and a special granddaughter; Aja Milan Bailey.He was preceded in death by; three sisters; Rachel Million, Ruth Seatz, and Ida Goins, and two brothers; Walter and Stokes Bailey.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 12:00 Noon in the chapel of Henline - Hughes Funeral Home with Sherrill Whitson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at Bailey Cemetery (John Sparks Rd.).
