Mrs. Libby Brouchoud, 81, of the Village of Mishicot, died Saturday, Nov. 11, in Two Rivers Community Hospital. Funeral services will be 10:30 am Tuesday in Lambert Funeral Home and 11 am in Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mishicot. The Rev. Earl Brouchoud will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery. Mrs. Brouchoud was born Oct. 16, 1897 in the Town of Gibson, daughter of the late Joseph and Christine Seidl Kronforst. She was married to Pascal Brouchoud Sept. 16, 1919 in Holy Cross Catholic Church. They farmed in the Town of Gibson until retiring and moving to Mishicot. He preceded her in death in 1972. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church and the Altar Society. Survivors include a son, Lloyd of Mishicot; four daughters, Mrs. Ethel Freimuth and Mrs. Leonard (Bernice) Bodwin of Mishicot, Mrs. William (Elaine) Mentes and Mrs. Bernard (Carol) Cisler of Route 2, Two Rivers; a sister, Mrs. Daniel (Esther) Fencl of Two Rivers; 29 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter and a granddaughter. Friends may call at Lambert Funeral Home after 3:30 o’clock this Monday afternoon. The Altar Society will have a Rosary service at 7:30 o’clock and a parish memorial service will be at 8 o’clock.
