Nicole (Coley) Madison Lovell, age 13, of Blacksburg went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 30, 2016. She was born in Radford, Va. on May 3, 2002. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Sandy Wilhoit, paternal grandfather, William James Lovell, Sr. She was a member of Auburn Baptist Church. Nicole had a passion for singing and dancing. She is survived by her mother, Tammy Bell Weeks, her father, David Madison Lovell, her papaw and nannie, Fred and Linda Hawks, two brothers, Blaine McGuire and Anthony Weeks, a sister, MacKenzie Foster, great granny, Annie Reynolds; her uncle, Fred Allen Hawks, Jr.; Godmothers, Sadie McGuire, Angie Wilson, and Christy Bishop, grandfather, Norman Wilhoit, uncle and aunt, Billy and Tiffany Lovell, aunt and uncle, Dick and Ruthann Leonard; and numerous family and friends. The family would like to say a special thank you to Save the Next Girl organization. Sergeant Brewster; Detective Twigger, Chief Wilson, Lt. Self, Lt. Albert and Chaplain Obenchain; the Blacksburg Police Department, the Virginia State Police, FBI, Virginia Tech Police, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Christiansburg Police Deparment and surrounding Law enforcement agencies and the support from the community Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 3:00 pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Josh Blankenship and Rev. Shake Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the Memorial Gardens of the New River Valley. The family will receive friends from 5:00-8:00 pm Wednesday evening at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
