William E. Hudson, 75, of 502 West Manlius Street, East Syracuse, blacksmith and wagon maker in that village more than 40 years, died early this morning at his home after a lingering illness. He retired eight years ago. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Louis Manzer of Liverpool; three sons, Carl R. and Keith P. Hudson of Syracuse and Ross M. Hudson of Syracuse, and two grandchildren. The Rev. Isaac C. Swift will conduct funeral services at the undertaking establishment of Delaney & Hodge in East Syracuse at 2 P. M. Monday. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
