Mr. Dugger was a machinist for the former Midwest Screw Products in Eastlake for 40 years retiring in 2009.
Truman was a member of St. John Vianney Church, Mentor. He loved to fish and range shoot.
Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Diane (Youngblood) Dugger; daughter, Beatrice Kay (Fiance Ryan Evvs) Dugger of Painesville; grandchildren, Hailee and Mason Evvs; sister, Cara (Dave) Minks of Mountain City, TN; brothers, Robert (Brenda) Ward of Mountain City, TN, Clifford Ward of North Carolina and Arthur “Wink” Arnold of Mountain City, TN.
Preceding Truman in death were his mother, Beatrice Arnold and brother, Kenneth Ward.
Truman’s Celebration of Life was Saturday from 3-5 pm at The Reception Center on the Brunner Campus, 8466 Mentor Ave. Mentor.
Inurnment will be in the Dugger Family Cemetery, Butler, TN.
