He was the father of seven sons and three daughters. His loving wife, Fonda; two infant sons; his son, Jeffrey; sister, Lillian; and brothers, Leroy, Raymond and Jim, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his daughters and sons, grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; four of his eight siblings.
Harry was born on April 20, 1926. He was the oldest son of Barney and Barbara Mauch, who came to the Klamath Basin from Kennewick, Wash., in 1937 to homestead in Tulelake.
He attended Tulelake High School until his senior year when he joined the U.S. Navy during World War II. He served on the USS North Carolina for the duration of the war. Upon returning home, he worked with his father on the family farm during at which time he met Fonda Parsons, who became his wife on July 3, 1949. Harry continued to farm in the Tulelake and the Keno areas after they moved to Klamath Falls. He worked diligently all his life for the well-being of his parents, siblings, wife and children.
He was a devout and faithful Catholic. Harry and Fonda were founding members of the St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, where he was a longtime member of the Knights of Columbus. He was a faithful Christian, who served his Father well.
