"Mr. Estabrook was a 1943 graduate of Concord High School and also attended Keene Teachers College and University of New Hampshire. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving from 1943-1946 during World War II. He was on the USS Arkansas in Normandy.

He worked as a draftsman for John Swenson Granite Company and Swenson Building Granite Company in Concord, Fletcher's Granite in Chelmsford, Mass., and he retired from Moliterno Stone in Providence, R.I.

He was a member of the Independent Order of Vikings, serving as the financial secretary for 38 years, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion Post 21 in Concord." New Hampshire Sunday News (Manchester, NH) — Sunday, July 13, 2003
