BAYLER, WILLIAM EARL - Of 1317 East Capitol avenue, died about 5 a.m. Wednesday, July 21, 1943, at Livingston, age 28.

He was a member of Stuart Street Christian church.

Mr. Bayler was a driver for the Springfield Produce Co. He was killed instantly when his truck collided with another truck.

He was survived by his wife, the former Katherine Swift. They were married on Feb. 27, 1937, and were the parents of a daughter, Mary Jane. Other surviving are: his father, Earl J. Bayler; mother, Mrs. Myrtle Bayler; brother, Leonard, all of Springfield; four sisters, Elizabeth Ball, Canton; Mrs. Viola Massey, Peoria; Mrs. Loretta Buttvick, Springfield; and Mrs. Julia Irwin, Springfield.

Funeral services were held at the Bisch Memorial home and at the Stuart Street Christian church.

Burial was in Roselawn cemetery.
