85, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.

Born the daughter of Ione DeVore and Glenn McWilliams; and lived in various places during her life. While living in Missouri she had three children with her husband, Marvin Guffey. Her first child, Judy, died in infancy. The family moved to Minnesota and resided here for many years. In November 1972, she wed Clarence Aarestad and moved to Cumberland, WI, residing there until Clarence's death in August 2000; at which time, she relocated again to Minnesota in order to be closer to her children. Having most recently lived at Park River Estates Care Center in Coon Rapids, MN. It was very apparent that many people loved her and took good care of her there.

With a great love of music, she played keyboard and sang beautifully (and yodeled). Passing the love of music on to her children and grandchildren. There wasn't much that she loved more than to sing old hymns with family. Another love was for looking sharp, regularly visiting the beauty shop for hair and nails. She loved to be impeccably dressed!

We will always love her and miss her very much.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Clarence; infant daughter Judy; great-granddaughter, Tarryn McGhee ; sister, Glenda Pearson; brothers, John, David and Robert McWilliams; and son-in-law, Ken Neumann.

Survived by her children, Randy (Carole) Guffey and Faith Elaine Thomas; also, Clarences's children, Alan Aarestad, Carol Neumann, Wanda Maranowicz, and Boyd Aarestad; brothers, Harold (Mary) McWilliams, and Glenn McWilliams; sisters, Joan (Don) Gish, and Anna (Wayne) Ostermann. thirteen grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren.

Services will be held on Saturday, January 16th, at 11 AM with a visitation beginning at 10.
