Wilson Lee Buxton
Age 74, formerly of Carrollton, died Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016 in Mercy Medical Center. He was born Oct. 7, 1941 in Summerville, OH to Elmer and Theisa (Morrow) Buxton. He was a beef farmer and had worked at Manfull Fruit Farm in Augusta and Sanor Farms in Homeworth. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting and fishing. He graduated from Augusta High School in 1963.
He is survived by a brother, James (Sherry) Buxton of Swansea, SC, sister-in-law, Dolores Ruby Buxton of Minerva, 32 nieces and nephews, several great nieces and great nephews. He is preceded in death by 2 sisters, Donna Marsh, Pauline Grist and 3 brothers, Jack “Shelton”, Maynard and Robert Buxton.
Burial will be in Fort Steuben Estates.
