PYLE, CAROL ANN, 71, of Louisville, died Sunday, March 26, 2006, at Baptist Hospital East. Born in Louisville, she was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Hofmann. Survived by her husband, Earl L. Pyle; children, Gary J. Pyle, Dennis L. Pyle (Cindy), Tim E. Pyle, Tony Hofmann (Terry) and Maria Klotter (Brent); brothers, Robert, Donald and Bill Hofmann; sisters, Christiana Hofmann, SCN, Ruth Ande and Rosemary Brewer; grandchildren, Daniel, Joe, Brittany and Christopher; and great-granddaughter, Kayla. Her memorial Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at her church, Our Lady of Lourdes, 508 Breckenridge Lane, with a private burial later. Memorial visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. Wednesday at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd. Expressions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
