Justin C. Allen, 26, of the Town of Chenango, died unexpectedly Thursday February 11, 2016 at his home. He was predeceased by his father, Jeffrey Allen; and grandfather, James M. Decker. He is survived by his mother and step-father, JoAnne and Dennis Simonds; his children, Jocelyn and Emery Allen; sister, Casey (Mark) Moreno; and several other half-brothers and half-sisters; step-brothers, Kyle (Sarah) Simonds, Dennis (Melissa) Simonds, Jr.; grandmothers, Charlotte (John) Sibly, Shirley Brand and Mary Allen; fiancé, Jodi Shields; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Justin was a graduate of Chenango Forks High School, Class of 2007 and was a member of Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Local #112. He enjoyed fishing and art work and loved his children. Funeral Services will be held at the J.A. McCormack Sons Funeral Home, 141 Main St., Binghamton, on Monday at 1pm. Pastor Will Hampton will officiate. Burial will be in Chenango Valley Cemetery, Hillcrest. The family will receive friends at the McCormack Funeral Home on Monday from 10-1pm.
