Full military rites will be conducted by the American Legion and VFW at the burial of Walter Denison Saturday at Herrin City Cemetery. Mr. Denison, 51, of Route 2, Herrin, died at 1:50 a.m. Wednesday, Sept 28, 1983, in the VA Medical Center in Marion.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Church of God in Herrin. Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at Johnson Funeral Home in Herrin and after 10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
