A memorial service will be held on Monday at 3:00 PM in Turnpike Baptist Church with Rev. Stoney Locklear officiating.
Survivors include his wife, Laura “Susie” Bray of the home; a son, Robert Anthony Bray of West End, a sister Earlene Cloutier of Robbins, NC; and one grandson.
Born October 9, 1932 in Robbins, NC, he was the son of the late Lewis and Mary Elizabeth Williams Bray. A self-employed mason, Mr. Bray served in the US Army as a paratrooper in the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Turnpike Baptist Church.
