Mr. Rittman, who was 72 years old, died yesterday at Emergency Hospital following a long illness.
He was formerly cashier of the National Bank of Commerce of Cleveland, and was at one time treasurer of the New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio railroad. He was a member of the Knights Templar and the Grand Army of the Republic.
Mr. Rittman is survived by his son, David D. Rittman, and two daughters, Mrs. Georgie Rittman Butts and Mrs. Nicola Cerri, of Cleveland.
