Prominent Wetumka Woman Dies In City
Funeral services will be conducted in the Baptist church of Wetumka Friday afternoon, for Mrs Francis Williams, who died in a local hospital at 5:45 o'clock this morning.
Mrs Williams is a member of a very prominent Wetumka family, she having been before her marriage, Miss Francis Bates, daughter of Mr and Mrs R. V. Bates, who now live in Wetumka. Her husband is Glenn Williams. The Williams made their home in Wetumka.
Besides her husband and parents she is survived by a sister, Miss Carmen Bates of Wetumka, and a brother Homer of Wetumka. Two other brothers are C. R. of Seminole and W. F. of Pampa, Texas.
Exact hour of the services had not been decided by relatives late this afternoon. Interment will be made in the Wetumka cemetery, by the Paul C. Heady funeral directors.
