Mrs. Anna (Ellerman) Warmker, 79, widow of William Warmker, died in the home of a daughter, Mrs. Frieda Hagenah, 1620 Harrison street, Thursday noon at 12:20. Mrs. Warmker was born in Westphalen, Germany, February 22, 1852, and when fourteen years old, came to Quincy. She was married in 1874 to William Warmker, who died eighteen years ago.
[Left to mourn are] a son, Frank Warmker, of Quincy; three daughters: Mrs. Carrie Reuter and Mrs. Amelia Diestelhorst of Quincy, and Mrs. Frieda Hagenah of Melrose [township, Adams county, Illinois]; 22 grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Warmker was a member of the St. James Evangelical Lutheran church, and of the Ladies' Aid Society of St. James.
