Jacob Joe Cataract, three months of age, passed away suddenly at his home in Elmwood Wisconsin.
Jacob was born on November 25, 2010 at the Red Cedar Medical Center in Menomonie. Jacob was a happy baby who loved to laugh and smile. He loved to watch Franklin the Turtle, play with keys and take dollar bills. Jacob had the brightest blue eyes and a smile that would light up the room. Most of all, Jacob loved spending time with Mom, Dad, his sister and the rest of his family.
Jacob is survived by his parents, sister, maternal grandparents, paternal grandparents, aunts, uncles, Godmother, Godfather, and cousins.
Jacob's baby brother, Caleb John (#158315908) joined him in heaven on January 23, 2016.
