FUNERALS

Miss Mary Garrelts.

The funeral services for Miss Mary Garrelts were held Sunday afternoon at the home with private services at 12:30 o'clock. Rev. Leemhuis had charge and there was music by the Salem quartet. A very large number of friends gathered at Greenmount cemetery to attend the services there, showing the wide friendship and the esteem in which Miss Garrelts was held by all who knew her. There were quantities of flowers, the silent tribute of friends of the bereaved family who have twice within a week been called to part with one of their number.

Alpha chapter, O. E. S., had charge of the service at the cemetery, and Mrs. George Sanders and Mrs. Sam Strauss sang. Those who bore the casket to its last resting place were Fred Neuman, Frank Speckhart, Will Apenbrink, Will Sulemann and William Schaller.
