He was born on Sept. 26, 1964, in Klamath Falls to Raymond T. Barkley Sr. and Claudette R. Miller. He was primarily raised in Klamath Falls and Chiloquin and attended Chiloquin High School. After graduating, he worked for the Forestry Department and as a cook.
He enjoyed drawing, hunting, fishing, high school football, listening to music and serving the Lord. He was a longtime member of Williamson River Christian Fellowship in Chiloquin.
Survivors include his father and mother, both of Chiloquin; daughter, of Klamath Falls; sons, both of Bend, Ore.; aunt, of Klamath Falls; five nephews; two nieces; as well as three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Renee L. Barkley.
