Elizabeth Cora (Kirkbride) Hawkins Kovach 95, of Salem, formerly of Canfield, died at 6 PM Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Brookdale Senior Living- Sterling House in Salem.

She was born on April 10, 1920 in Saline Twp., Jefferson County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Leander and Cora (Jarvis) Kirkbride.

She was a Presbyterian by faith and most recently was a home maker. She had worked at Mullins Mfg., Church Budget Envelope both in Salem and Strong Enamels in Sebring.

She is survived by a son Arthur Kirk (Sandra) Hawkins of Beloit, eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and fifteen great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ernest E. Kovach on February 8, 2014, a son Ralph Leroy Hawkins, her siblings, Mary Jane Cooper, Beulah L. Morgan and Harry Kirkbride, and one grand daughter.

The burial will follow in Hope Cemetery.
