Richard was born October 9, 1951 to Joseph Phillip and Delphine Frances (Lehman) Millette.
Richard married Linda White on January 16, 2013.
He was a truck driver for over 30 years. His last employment was with Two-Rivers Trucking located in Sioux City, IA.
Richard enjoyed watching old westerns, his favorite football team the Arizona Cardinals and having control of the remote control.
He is survived by his wife Linda of Vermillion, one sister Nancy (Craig) Stark Edelmen of Sioux Falls, SD, three step children; Dennis White, Clinton White, Wallace White and eight step grandchildren.
