Milo Adolph Dvorak was born June 16, 1915 in Carroll Township, near Clutier, son of Frank and Anna (Husak) Dvorak.

He married Irene Wacha on April 22, 1941.

The couple farmed for many years and Milo also drove truck for several companies.

In his free time, Milo enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family.

Milo passed away at the age of 100 years on Thursday, February 25, 2016, at Covenant Medical Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers, Leo Dvorak and Bernie Dvorak; and 1 sister, Agnes Podhajsky.

He is survived by his wife of nearly 75 years, Irene; 2 sons, Paul Dvorak of Plano, TX and David (Carol) Dvorak of Lafayette; 1 daughter Camilla (Marvin) Dostal of Clutier; 1 sister, Mary Ann Mathews of Pueblo, CO; 2 sisters-in-law, Mary Dvorak and Pauline Dvorak; 7 grandchildren: Bobbette Burchfield, Brent (Tina) Dvorak, Carey (Scott) Gooch, Britt Dvorak, Craig (Carrie) Dostal, Brad (Angie) Dostal and Kevin (Janet) Dostal; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Milo will be missed by his many friends and family members. Memorials may be directed to the family.
