Hubert Lee "Butch" Caves lll,59,a 40 year resident of South County,passed away on Wednesday,February 17 at the Hospice of the Chesapeake in Pasadena,MD.Born on July 29,1956 in Washington DC,Butch was a 1974 graduate of DuVal High School in Lanham,MD.He was a retired sheet metal mechanic with local 100 and also was a multi-stakes winning trainer and owner of thoroughbred racehorses.Butch is survived by his parents,Hubert"Sonny" and Carol Cave of Davidsonvuille MD; three sisters Diane Cave of Annapolis.Jean (Dale) Teetsell of Davidsonville MD.,and Nancy Basham of Hagerstown;a nephew Michael Staples Jr.,and a niece Raquel Cave.
