Elsie L. Sherman, 85, of 369 Wandsworth St. died Wednesday at South County Hospital. She was the wife of Curtis S. Sherman.
Born in Peace Dale, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Mary Louise (Smith) Taylor.
Mrs. Sherman was the oldest member of Christ United Methodist Church, Wakefield. She was also a member of the United Methodist Women.
