MRS. RHODA A. WILMERTON
Wife of William Wilmerton, died at her home in Pre-Emption township, Saturday, December 29, 1894. Mrs. Wilmerton's maiden name was Kelsey and she was a native of New York state.
She was born April 6, 1825, and was married to William Wilmerton, December 10, 1850.
Mrs. Wilmerton had suffered for several months from a tumor which did not admit of removal, therefore her death was not unexpected. The funeral services were held from the residence at 12 o'clock Monday, conducted by Rev. McCreight of the M. E. church, the interment being in the Pre-Emption cemetery. The bereaved husband and family have the sympathy of all in this dark hour.
