∼Dr. Charles Thomas Fleming was the son of Robert Douglas and Elmira (Engle) Fleming. He was the husband of Annabel (Lais) Fleming. They were members of the Johnsonburg United Methodist Church and Annabel played the organ. Dr. Fleming was Past Master of the Masons in 1946 - James W. Brown Lodge No. 675 Johnsonburg, Elk Co., Pennsylvania. He died in the Presbyterian Hospital of ventrical arrest 2 degrees to acute due to renal failure __ intoxication/rheumatic heart disease. His death certificate was signed by Dr. Jay L. Jenkins. Dr. Fleming and Annabel were living at 254 Powers Ave Johnsonburg at the time of his death.
