Mrs. Irene Rial Black, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Rial of this city, and Clarence Abrams, of Illinois, were married April 17th in Youngstown, OH, by the pastor of the Methodist Episcopal church. For the present they will make their home in Youngstown where Mr. Abrams is employed.

Mrs. Irene Rial Abrams, 68, of 611 Fifteenth, died suddenly early today at her home. For the past six years she had resided with her sister, Mrs. Curtis E. (Georgia) McElhiney. She was the daughter of James B. and Ida Brown Rial, born Feb. 26, 1896 on Point Hill (Franklin).
She married Clarence E. Abrams Feb. 20, 1922, in Youngstown, OH, and he died in 1948.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church. She had made her home in Atlanta, GA, for ten years, then worked as a clerk at the Strauss-Hirschburg Department Store in Youngstown, retiring in 1958.
Surviving in addition to her sister with whom she made her home are a brother, Harry E. Rial Sr. of Rocky Grove, and a sister, Mrs Donald S. (Marie) Bleakley, 509 15th Street; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Edward E., James O. and Rollin R. Rial; and three sisters, Sarah Rial Carr, Ida Rial Shaffer, and Ruth Rial Gordon.
Services will be Monday at 11 am in Burger Funeral Home with Rev. Adolph Kunen, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment will be in Franklin Cemetery.
