Mr. Billy Joe McGrew, 72 of Nitro passed away March 1, 2016 in CAMC Memorial Division.
Billy is retired from AEP and a member of the NRA. He is a Vietnam Army Veteran and a recipient of the Purple Heart and Combat Medal.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Elsie McGrew.
He is survived by his sister, Catherine and husband Delmer Kelley of Winfield; nephews Brian and wife Lynn Kelley of San Diego, CA and Kyle Kelley of Winfield and great niece and nephews Jared and Adam Kelley of CA, Katie Kelley Pifer of Parkersburg and Zachary Kelley of Nitro.
A tribute to the life of Mr. Billy Joe McGrew will be 2:00 PM Friday March 4, 2016 at Gatens-Harding Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rob Van Fossen officiating. Burial will follow in Haven of Rest Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends 5 to 7 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
