A visitation will be held on Saturday March 5th 2016 from 1 to 2PM at the Boles Funeral Home in Southern Pines followed by a funeral service beginning at 2PM with the Rev. Sammy Frye officiating.
Burial will follow the service in Pinelawn Memorial Park.
Mrs. Coe was born April 19th 1940 in Elizabethton, TN to the late Walter Daniel Pierce and Nancy Pearl Williams Pierce.
Mrs. Coe is survived by a daughter, Kim Cooke and husband Ashley of New London, NC; Two sons, Kevin Coe and wife Tammy of Vass, NC and Keith Coe and wife ReNée of Greensboro, NC; three sisters, Mildred Thomas of Southern Pines; Linda Northcutt of Robbins; and Patty Short and husband Lee of Carthage; Six grandchildren, Dale Talbert and wife Anna of Cameron; Kristen George and husband Michael of Cameron; Brandon Coe of Vass; Alyson Coe, Megan Coe and Lauren Coe all of Greensboro. Four great-grandchildren, Ashlyn George, Mason George, Caiden Talbert, and Kelsey Talbert.
Mrs. Coe was preceded in death by her parents and step-father Elwood Benfield and a brother, Walter Daniel Pierce, Jr.
