The Indianapolis native was a master plumber and owned and operated James Lee Plumbing. He was a member of Richardsville Baptist Church. He was a son of the late James E. Lee and Pauline Duncan Lee. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald R. Lee and Robert J. Lee.
He was a 1965 graduate of Richardsville High School.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Judy Forrester Lee; a daughter, Tina Blair and her husband Alan, of Bowling Green; two sons, Michael W. Lee and James Brian Lee, both of Bowling Green; a sister, Sharon K. Young of Bowling Green; a brother, Richard E. Lee and his wife, Marge, of Greenwood, Ind.; three grandchildren, Brooke, Ben and Madeline Blair; all of Bowling Green; and several nieces and nephews.
