David C Paul, 54, of 708 N Church St., Lodi, died Wednesday in a Stockton hospital following a short illness. A native of Louisiana, he resided in Lodi for the past 22 years and had been employed by Henderson Brothers since 1947.
Paul is survived by his wife, Maggie; one daughter, Mrs. David Suits of Lodi; four sons, Bill R. Paul of Joliet, Ill., Franklin D. Paul of Lodi; James W. Paul of Escalon and Larry L. Paul of Omaha, Neb.; six brothers, Harold Paul and George Paul, both of Houston; Jeff Paul of Elizabeth, La., Bill Paul of Glenmore, La., Huey Paul of Texas City, Texas, and Raymond Paul of Michigan; six sisters, Mrs. Beulah Perkins and Mrs. Beatrice Dow, both of New Orleans; Mrs. Edyth Bond, of Galveston, Texas, Mrs. Laura Rhoade of Lake Charles, La., Mrs. Ezlla Brown of Westlake, La., and Mrs. Thelma Byrd of Arcadia.
He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lodi and the Sheet Metal Workers Union Local 283.
Interment in Cherokee Memorial Park.
